We imagine a near-future scenario in which the identity of the programmer holds a different place in society. The socioeconomic standing of the Silicon Valley programmer situates him in a relatively comfortable existence. We chose to envision the programmer facing the same social, racial and economic challenges as a low-paid day-laborer.
