The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) is an international body whose Climate Change Assessment Reports are published every six years to synthesize the best of recently published scientific and technical literature on the impacts global climate change. This project presents slightly edited versions of the latest 2014 IPCC reports, outlining that the central problem disguised in a discussion of global climate change, is that of global capitalism.
