Clichés

Clichés is an online generative movie. It dynamically links images from the web to an audio excerpt of the Fuck You Monologue from the 25th Hour movie. The images are resulting from popularity algorithms and correspond to the keywords said by the narrator. The responses of these algorithms, which diminish cultural diversity resonate here with the list of stereotypes stated in the movie.

"Yeah, fuck you, too. Fuck me? Fuck you, fuck this whole city and everyone in it. Fuck the panhandlers, grubbing for money, and smiling at me behind my back. Fuck the squeegee men dirtying up the clean windshield of my car. Get a fucking job!”
